Please ensure before starting your journey that you have a valid passport/ID card and, if necessary, a current visa, as well as fulfilling the health requirements (e.g., vaccinations) for your trip. You can find country-specific information on the website of the Foreign Office https://www.auswaertiges-amt.de/de/. Final and binding information on entry requirements can only be provided by the respective embassies and consulates of the individual states. If you would like to book a trip for multiple people in different room types, our service center will be happy to create an individual offer for you. Please contact our service center for this purpose. Can the quoted travel price change at short notice?
aQuasun Tourism works with daily updated prices. This means that when you make a booking request, we check which is the cheapest price for the trip you want at the current time. Therefore, it is possible that the travel price may change at short notice. What should I do if I haven't received a booking confirmation?
Please contact our service center if you have not received a booking confirmation by email. We kindly ask you to check the correctness of your booking confirmation and to inform us immediately of any discrepancies. Pay particular attention to the correct entry of titles, first and last names, your address data, your booked travel services, and your travel price. Each airline now has different luggage regulations. How can I take out insurance?
If you have not yet decided on insurance coverage, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Please contact our service center to arrange this. Why are rebookings not possible by yourself and usually only possible with surcharges?
aQuasun Tourism purchases services at the best possible prices on a daily basis, thus offering customers the lowest selling price. However, these are usually special rates or specials that are not changeable or refundable. Therefore, any change to an existing trip must be requested in writing from the aQuasun Tourism service center, and the travel price must be recalculated. When will I receive my travel documents?
You will receive your complete original travel documents by email to the email address provided at the time of booking, no later than 3 days before your departure. Please note that your travel documents are only valid in conjunction with full payment of the travel price. Do I need to reconfirm my flight?
You should always reconfirm your flight with the respective airline at least 48 hours before your outward or return flight. For the return flight, we kindly ask you to inquire about the appropriate telephone number directly from the airline either at check-in or upon arrival in the destination country. Cancellation

If you encounter problems or discrepancies during your trip, please contact the local tour guide. If there is still cause for complaint, the complaint must be received in writing by us no later than 30 days after the return date. Otherwise, any claim will expire.
